Industrial Pallet Corp. (IPC) seeks a Talent Manager to own the candidate experience from first contact through onboarding, building pipelines and partnering with hiring managers to place the right people in the right roles.

You will represent IPC in the community and at job fairs, shaping culture and driving engagement. You'll develop and execute a talent acquisition strategy, source candidates through various channels, and craft compelling descriptions.

• Write compelling job descriptions and recruiting materials.
• Track metrics like time-to-fill and source effectiveness; contribute to compensation strategy.
• Keep hiring managers and candidates informed and aligned throughout the process.
