Job summary

HelloFresh is seeking a Social Content Creator to shape organic and paid content for HelloFresh and Green Chef across TikTok and Instagram. You tell stories that feel native to each platform, film and edit, and work with Creative Strategy, PR and product teams to keep content joined up.

You’ll own creator-led content, reactive moments, community voices, captions, and brand world storytelling, while collaborating with paid teams to translate organic insights into hooks and ad formats.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a social content, content creator, or digital media role
• Genuine feel for culture and platform behaviour
• Confident filming and editing across formats
• Strong eye for brand aesthetics and dual brand worlds
• Comfortable on camera and directing non-professional talent
• Collaborative and organized with content calendars
• Bonus: experience in documentary or editorial social content
• Chronically online and culture-aware

Responsibilities

• Organic content creation across HelloFresh and Green Chef's TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Stories.
• Spot trends and translate cultural moments into native, brand-appropriate content.
• Champion employee-generated and community content to humanize both brands.
• Write captions and engage in comments to build brand conversation.
• Maintain distinct visual and tonal worlds for HelloFresh and Green Chef.
• Shoot and edit documentary-style sequences and on-camera content.
• Translate organic learnings into paid-ready hooks and ad formats with the paid social team.
• Keep a consistent pipeline of fresh ideas from TikTok, YouTube Shorts and other platforms
