Blue Moon Fitness is seeking full-time Assistant Managers for our Omaha Central location (8447 W Center Rd), a 17,000 sq ft club being developed as our leadership training incubator. We want leaders who bring warmth and authority, walk the floor, and drive energy across the space.

• Full-time leadership role requiring ownership and initiative.
• Ability to project warmth, authority, and engage members on the floor.
• Willingness to work overtime and participate in leadership meetings.

Responsibilities

• Walk the floor to elevate energy and greet members by name.
• Collaborate with the co-Assistant Manager during the daily 2-hour overlap.
• Proactively retain members by understanding their goals and milestones.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety standards with a dedicated cleaning team.
• Uphold culture rules and maintain a welcoming club environment.
