Qualifications

• Minimum two years of event, program, employee engagement, community relations, or related experience; bachelor’s degree in communications, HR, business, or related field.
• Experience in law firms, professional services, non-profit, or multi-office environment preferred.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple programs, events, deadlines, and stakeholders.
• Strong written, verbal, proofreading, interpersonal, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with attorneys, business professionals, vendors, community partners, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate firmwide and office-based programs, events, volunteer initiatives, recognition efforts, training, committee activities, and other Talent team experiences.
• Manage event logistics from planning through execution: scheduling, registration, communications, materials, vendors, technology, meals, transport, supplies, and day-of support.
• Create clear communications such as invitations, agendas, instructions, surveys, and presentation materials.
• Maintain project plans, calendars, participant records, budgets, and program documentation.
• Track participation, volunteer hours, engagement metrics, and program outcomes for reporting and improvement.
