Position Overview
The Culture Behavior Specialist is responsible for managing and supporting multiple facets of student culture and climate entities. Additionally, this role is responsible for creating a positive school culture and sustaining a safe learning environment by monitoring student movement, promoting conflict resolution, empowering students to make responsible decisions, and collaborating with all school stakeholders (i.e., teachers, administration, support staff, parents/guardians, and students) on various student-centered initiatives.
