Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience working with Alaska Native families.
• Ability to work with students in cultural education contexts.
• Must pass state and federal fingerprint background check.

Responsibilities

• Connect with Alaska Native and American Indian students through culture and identity to support learning.
• Lead project-based learning and supplement in-class instruction.
• Provide small-group instruction and monitor student progress.
• Supervise students in lunchrooms, libraries, and other settings to ensure safety.
• Promote home-school connections and family engagement events.
