Job summary

Federated Indians of Graton Rancheria seeks a Cultural Resources Project Specialist to coordinate co-management and park stewardship projects. You will support the THPO and staff in research, planning, and program development, ensuring alignment with tribal goals and compliance.

The role requires a 4-year degree, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage tasks and meetings across internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Four years of experience in Tribal Government, Cultural Resources, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Ability to work independently within policies and schedules.
• Grant writing and grant management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects related to co-management and stewardship.
• Assist with developing and enhancing cultural resources management plans.
• Attend and assist with meetings, training and conferences.
• Communicate cultural resource practices in co-management activities.
