Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in arts administration or other humanities-based field.
• Bachelor's Degree in Museum Studies, Art, Art History, Art Administration or a related field.
• Experience with exhibition planning and curation.
• Knowledge of marketing, promotions, and graphic design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Curates and coordinates exhibition projects and assists with installation.
• Creates promotional materials and manages the center website and online press room.
• Supervises installation staff and coordinates artists, curators, and instructors.
• Performs graphic design duties and web authoring to advertise programs.
• Partners with artists and organizations to offer educational programs.
• Provides administrative support: contracts, purchase orders, and interdepartmental coordination.
• Supports other cultural centers and divisions of the Office of Arts and Culture.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
