Job Description

The Cultivation Technician II - Clean assists with all aspects of cultivation from seedling to harvest.

Pay starts at $22.75/hour. Work 10-hour shifts Tuesday to Friday.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Perform plant and crop maintenance including cloning, transplanting, feeding, trimming, irrigation, and pest management, adhering to cannabis laws and regulations.
  2. Maintain a clean environment, dispose of waste, sanitize rooms and tools, following sanitation schedules.
  3. Monitor and assist other Technicians to achieve cultivation goals.
  4. Collect data for reporting plant health metrics and research.
  5. Mentor and train Technician I’s on procedures.
  6. Perform tasks safely and efficiently as directed by management.
  7. Understand and apply SOP and sanitation principles in cultivation.
  8. Oversee daily tasks of Technician I’s with guidance from management.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED, 1-3 years experience in related field.
  • Proven ability in cultivation tasks: cloning, harvesting, transplanting, pruning, pest scouting, etc.
  • Must be 21+ years old.
  • Attention to detail, commitment to quality, willingness to learn, good attendance, conflict resolution skills, teamwork, understanding of cultivation principles.
  • Computer skills including ERP and Google Office.
  • Knowledge of local cannabis regulations.
Working Conditions

Uneven surfaces, long standing/sitting, bending, ambient temperature, weekend/holiday shifts.

Physical Requirements

Lift 50 pounds.
