Job summary

Trulieve in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Cultivation Technician I to support the Cultivation department with day-to-day plant maintenance and sanitation. You will work under the Cultivation Site Supervisor and may assist in veg, mom, and propagation as needed.

This hourly, non-exempt role requires high school diploma, ability to lift 50 lbs, and strong teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Prior cultivation experience is preferred, and you’ll help ensure clean, compliant grow rooms and safe PPE

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform physical, repetitive agricultural tasks and follow supervisor instructions.
• Assist with netting, trellising, loading plants, and placing emitters.
• Tuck and spread plants, prune/defoliate as directed, maintain grow room sanitation.
