Curaleaf is hiring a Cultivation Associate in Ravena, NY to grow premium cannabis across the full plant life cycle from clone to harvest. You will be cross‑trained and supported to learn every production step with guidance from experienced staff.

You will engage in daily plant care, environmental monitoring, and inventory documentation while helping maintain top quality standards in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting. This is a full-time, on-site role with a daytime shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Experience harvesting in a professional or home setting.
• Strong documentation, inventory, and organizational skills.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, with ability to meet tight schedules.
• Solid math and measurement skills with scale operation ability.

Responsabilités

• Perform daily plant care including cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering, feeding, trimming, staking and pruning.
• Track humidity, moisture, and temperature to maintain ideal growing conditions.
• Inspect plants for leaf health, bloom size, pests, or disease and remove nonconforming plants.
• Assist with harvest: cut, trim, weigh, and record inventory.
• Support curing: hang, dry‑rack, label and weigh products; enter inventory data.
• Operate and maintain lighting, irrigation, and climate-control systems; keep areas clean.
• Assist during high-demand periods to package products, including premium extraction items.
• Follow state regulations and security procedures for labeling and inventory.
