Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. is seeking a Cultivation Technician in Capitol Heights, MD to join our team of growers and producers. This role focuses on performing transplanting, pruning, harvesting, IPM, and other cultivation tasks, while training peers and sharing best practices to improve yields.

Responsibilities

• Perform all cultivation tasks including transplanting, pruning, harvesting, IPM etc.

• Serve as an expert for cultivation best practices such as fertigation mixtures and record keeping.
• Track and record plant data with care to optimize growth.
• Collaborate with the team to improve cultivation efficiency.

• Perform all cultivation tasks including transplanting, pruning, harvesting, IPM etc.

• Work with the team to find new ways to make cultivation smoother and efficient.
