Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY in Denver, CO is seeking a Cultivation Manager to oversee day-to-day production, maintenance, and upkeep of grow facility tasks. The role ensures compliance with state and company SOPs while directing environment and cultivation-related activities.

You will lead Cultivation Technicians, maintain logs and records, support harvest scheduling, and coordinate with IPM and Fertigation teams. A high school diploma is required; base pay ranges from $58,000 to $62,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining facility and company protocols in compliance with MED standards.
  • Maintaining adherence to company PPE SOPs.
  • Assist in coordinating with IPM and Fertigation department scheduling.
  • Maintaining facility cleanliness and sanitation standards in all related work areas.
  • Maintaining all related logs and records for historical tracking.
  • Delegating responsibilities and supervising production of Cultivation Technicians.
  • Provide guidance and direction with organization of work duties.
  • Training, motivating, assessing and coaching employees to ensure expectations are met.
  • Ensuring staff members are following company policies and MED rules and regulations.
  • Meet with managers to clarify any questions, prioritize existing tasks and review new tasks and changes on daily basis.
  • Maintenance and monitoring of facility systems.
  • Batching and plant inventory.
  • Responsible for plant health care and yields.
  • Assist with scheduling and time management.
  • Assist with harvest cycle.
  • Data input/tracking in compliance software.
  • Horticultural tasks such as repotting, watering, soil mixing, fertilizer mixing, pruning, cloning, and trellising
  • Assisting in Integrated Pest Management tasks when needed including: scouting, application of bio-controls, and application of pesticides
  • Mother plant and propagation room care and maintenance.
  • Cleaning work areas.
  • Other duties as assigned by management to ensure the success of the business.

Summary

The Cultivation Manager is responsible for carrying out and overseeing day-to-day production, maintenance, and upkeep of grow facility tasks. The Cultivation Manager works closely with the cultivation staff. The Cultivation Manager must ensure compliance with all applicable State/Federal regulations and company SOPs while carrying out and directing environment and cultivation-related tasks.
