Job summary

Holistic Industries in Maryland is seeking a seasoned cultivation leader to direct our facility operations, optimizing plant health across propagation, vegetative and flowering cycles. You will set strategic direction and ensure quality in every phase of cultivation.

You will hire and mentor teams, coordinate with leadership on schedules and inventory, and uphold standards of safety and quality throughout all stages of production.

• Knowledge of plant science and cultivation techniques.
