Job summary

Holistic Industries seeks a Cultivation Manager in Capitol Heights, MD to lead our cultivation facility and drive plant health and production success.

You will oversee propagation, vegetation, flowering, and pre-harvest cycles, hire and mentor a growing team, and coordinate with leaders on timelines, inventory, production schedules, and quality standards.
