Job summary

Mayflower Medicinals in Fall River, MA seeks a hands-on Cultivation Lead to guide day-to-day plant care and harvest operations, ensuring health, cadence, and compliant records. You will lead by example, coordinate tasks, and maintain accurate documentation across the cultivation cycle.

The role reports to the Cultivation Supervisor and collaborates with post-harvest, QA/QC, and planning teams, requiring flexibility, lifting up to 50 lbs, and long shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work in a team.
• Strong organizational, decision-making, and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Guide day-to-day plant care and harvest operations, leading by example on the floor.
• Monitor environmental conditions (temp, humidity, CO₂) and address variances.
• Train Tech I and II on SOPs and harvest procedures.
• Ensure logging of harvest data and batch tracking with proper tagging.
• Enforce PPE and biosecurity standards to prevent cross-contamination.
• Support readiness for internal audits and state inspections.
