Job summary

JARS Cannabis in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Cultivation Associate to support the daily operations of our grow facility from propagation through harvest. The role requires a dependable, hands-on individual who thrives in a fast-paced, physical environment and maintains a clean, organized cultivation space.

Working closely with the General Manager and Cultivation Manager, you will participate in all stages of plant care, keep strict hygiene, and help ensure premium product quality.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid Arizona state ID and reliable transportation required.
• Prior cannabis cultivation experience is a bonus but not mandatory.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. and move that weight for 50 ft.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs and directions from cultivation leadership.
• Complete tasks thoroughly, accurately, and on schedule.
• Assist in all stages of plant care including cloning, pruning, transplanting, defoliation, trellising, watering, and topping.
• Assist the harvest team when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of grow rooms, hallways, and work areas.
• Clean, sanitize, and organize cultivation tools and stations.
• Cross-train with Post-Harvest as needed.
