Job summary

Sur La Table is seeking a Forklift Driver to safely move merchandise through the distribution center and service both internal and external customers. You will operate stand-up forklift equipment, reach heights up to 25 feet, and record time and materials accurately.

This is a full-time role reporting to a Distribution Supervisor or Operations Manager. Qualified candidates demonstrate safety focus, attention to detail, and the ability to work overtime during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate forklift equipment.
• Ability to work at heights up to 25 feet.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, customers and vendors.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Basic math for counts and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Move, load, unload, store, and stack products safely using forklift equipment.
• Follow safe handling procedures and SOPs; maintain quality and productivity standards.
• Record time and materials accurately and complete documentation.
• Support cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals.
• Keep work area clean and organized; perform general housekeeping.
