Inspired Living is hiring Culinary Utility Workers at our Bonita Springs senior living community. You’ll help create a warm, welcoming dining experience for residents, set tables, serve meals, and keep areas clean and inviting.

We value friendly, dependable team players with at least 1 year in food service or hospitality and a high school diploma. Join us to support the kitchen team, follow safety standards, and provide outstanding hospitality to our residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of food service, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Friendly, professional demeanor when interacting with residents and guests.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming dining experience for residents.
• Set tables, take orders, serve meals, clear and reset tables.
• Wash, sanitize, and store dishes and dining equipment.
• Keep dining areas clean, organized, and inviting.
• Assist kitchen team with food service and tasks as needed.
• Follow special diet requirements and community standards.
• Listen to residents and help resolve dining concerns.
• Support efficient meal service with friendly hospitality.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, health, and safety standards.
• Lend a hand to teammates as needed.

At Inspired Living, great dining takes a great team! Our Culinary Utility Workers are the behind-the-scenes stars who help keep the dining experience running smoothly.

We are currently hiring for our Inspired Living at Bonita Springs senior living community.

If you're energetic, dependable, enjoy helping others, and love being part of a team, we'd love to have you join the team.

What You'll Do

• Help create a warm, welcoming dining experience for our residents.


• Set tables, take food and beverage orders, serve meals, clear tables, and reset for the next service.


• Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, and dining equipment.


• Keep dining areas, tables, chairs, equipment, and service areas clean, organized, and inviting.


• Assist the kitchen team and Cooks with food service and other tasks as needed.


• Follow special diet requirements and community dining standards.


• Listen to residents and help resolve dining concerns to ensure a positive meal experience.


• Support efficient meal service while maintaining friendly, attentive hospitality.


• Follow all food safety, sanitation, health, and workplace safety standards.


• Jump in, support your teammates, and help wherever needed!

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• At least 1 year of food service, hospitality, or customer service experience.


• Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with residents and guests.


• Strong communication and organizational skills.


• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work as part of a team.


• Comfortable communicating in person and over the phone.
