Job summary

Aramark Nexus operates workforce housing communities and provides dining and hospitality services to residents working on major construction and infrastructure projects near Pampa, Texas.

We are building a pipeline of culinary professionals for current and future roles such as Lead Cook, Cook, and Food Service Worker. Relocation and on-site housing are provided to support opportunities across the Caprock Workforce Community.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurants, hospitality, catering, or similar food service preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to food safety, cleanliness, and guest service.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical work.
• Willingness to relocate to Caprock Workforce Community outside of Pampa, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve quality meals for residents and guests.
• Follow recipes, production schedules, and food safety standards.
• Assist with food preparation, cooking, and meal service.
• Wash dishes and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary work areas.
• Receive, store, and rotate food products.
• Support breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special event meal service.
• Deliver hospitality and customer service.

Now Hiring Culinary Professionals for Current and Future Opportunities

Aramark Nexus is building a pipeline of experienced culinary professionals for current and future opportunities at the Caprock Workforce Community, located outside of Pampa, Texas.

We are seeking talented hospitality and food service professionals interested in opportunities as Cooks, Lead Cooks, Food Service Workers, Dishwashers, Prep Cooks, and other culinary team roles. Multiple positions are available, and additional hiring is expected as operations continue to grow.

Compensation

Location

Work Location: Workforce Community opperated by Aramark Nexus, located approximately 30 minutes outside of Pampa, Texas.

This position is based at a workforce housing community supporting a major construction and infrastructure project. Team members help provide dining and hospitality services to residents living and working on site.

• Relocation Required: Candidates should be willing to relocate to the project location.
• Housing Provided: On-site housing is available for team members.
• Meals Provided: Meals are provided while working on site.
• Transportation: Candidates are responsible for arranging transportation to the project location.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities vary by position and may include:

• Preparing and serving quality meals for residents and guests
• Following recipes, production schedules, and food safety standards

• Washing dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment

Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurants, hospitality, catering, healthcare dining, hotels, resorts, cafeterias, or commercial food service operations preferred
• Experience as a Cook, Lead Cook, Food Service Worker, Dishwasher, Prep Cook, Kitchen Helper, or similar role is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to food safety, cleanliness, and guest service
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical work throughout scheduled shifts
• Willingness to relocate to and work at the Caprock Workforce Community outside of Pampa, Texas
