Job summary

Chick-fil-A is hiring Back of House Team Members in Shoreline, WA. You will prepare, cook, and present menu items to Chick-fil-A standards, while learning every kitchen station and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.

You’ll grow with experienced Operators and Leaders, benefiting from development opportunities and a supportive team culture. This role offers a 3-5 day work week for full- and part-time staff, with Sunday closures and competitive pay.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
• Be knowledgeable of assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues to Leadership.
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on changes.
• Complete opening or closing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
• Other duties as assigned

Pay:

$17.50 - $21.50/hour
