Raising Cane’s in Madison, WI is hiring entry-level and experienced Cooks to join a fast-paced kitchen. You’ll help prepare chicken finger meals, maintain cleanliness, and support the team across opening and closing shifts.

We offer paid training, opportunities for advancement, and a culture that values energy and teamwork. In this role you can earn starting pay of $11 per hour with potential increases after training and evaluations.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Paid training provided for every new Restaurant Cook.
• Entry-level position; no experience required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high‑quality chicken finger meals to standard.
• Clean and stock work areas, tables and equipment.
• Take customer orders and process payments efficiently.
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and cooking food.
• Work across all shifts including opening, closing, and in‑between.
