Job summary

Responsibilities

• Trains employees; plans, assigns and directs work; evaluates performance; rewards and disciplines.
• Advises management on purchasing to minimize waste and shortages.
• Uses approved recipes and standards to ensure quality, temperatures and portions.
• Operates and cleans equipment per procedures after use.
• Labels and dates food; rotates stock to minimize spoilage.
• Follows HACCP guidelines for safe food supply.
• Operates equipment safely per policies.
• Assists in serving meals and gathers guest feedback during service.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
