Job summary

Sodexo at Creighton University invites a Culinary Supervisor to oversee daily food service operations across fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events, and casual dining on site. You will coordinate staff, ensure a safe working environment, train new employees, and work with customers to sustain quality and service.

The role requires 1+ year supervisory experience and a flexible, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related work experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees.
• Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees.
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
