About the Role

The Culinary Supervisor will report to the Concessions Chef and oversee the daily operations of the Concessions kitchens.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and prepare all food items, handle opening and closing duties, and manage stock replenishment as directed by the Concessions Chef.
  • Ensure sanitation standards, handle non-food setup, and work in a professional, safe, and efficient manner.
  • Input daily event sheets and reports.
  • Produce menu items timely and according to company standards.
  • Follow directions precisely, maintain work areas, and ensure proper food storage.
  • Exceed guest expectations while adhering to company guidelines and house rules.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments within the arena.
Qualifications
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Professional culinary training or experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant or catering environment; casual dining experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with co-workers.
  • Extensive knowledge of food and beverage menus, specials, and services.
  • Ability to ensure compliance with service standards, inventory, and cash procedures.
  • Basic knowledge of food prep, service etiquette, and guest relations.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
  • Fluent in English (reading, speaking, writing).
  • Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
  • Availability to work all venue events, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Mobility to perform tasks involving reaching, bending, and other physical activities for extended periods.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a high-end club or restaurant environment.
