Job summary

HHS Senior Living, LLC (USA) is seeking a friendly Culinary Supervisor to support the culinary director in leading the food and nutrition team in a hospital setting. You will supervise staff, ensure patient meals are prepared accurately, and delivered on time while delivering excellent service to patients, staff, and visitors.

This full-time and part-time role offers day, evening, and night shifts with competitive hourly wages ($17.50/hour).

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years old.
• Must practice good personal hygiene and be neatly groomed in a uniform.
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members to ensure smooth operations of the criteria, doctor’s dining, catering, and/or patient meals.
• Ensure each patient receives an accurate meal that matches their order and diet requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service for all patients, staff, and visitors.
• Adhere to the facility’s health and safety policies and procedures.
• Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently.

Job Details

Culinary Supervisor Wage: $17.50/hour Full-time and part-time positions available Day/Evening/Night shifts available Background check, drug screen, and proof of employment eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Supervisor team members to ensure smooth operations of the criteria, doctor’s dining, catering, and/or patient meals
• Ensure each patient receives an accurate meal that matches their order and diet requirements
• Provide excellent customer service for all patients, staff, and visitors
• Adhere to the facility’s health and safety policies and procedures
• Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years old
• Must practice good personal hygiene and be neatly groomed in a uniform
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment
• Preferred: 6+ months of supervisor experience (cook, line cook, commercial kitchen, fast food, culinary operations, restaurants, supervisor, dietary department, foodservice, hourly manager, healthcare)

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged standing and walking continuously, frequent stooping, and bending and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to operate equipment necessary to perform essential functions of the job
