Job summary

SodexoMagic seeks a Culinary Supervisor to supervise on-site food operations and coordinate routine activities across fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events and cafes.

You will lead team members, support management, and help maintain a safe work environment while delivering quality service. This role requires open availability and strong teamwork within a dynamic campus setting.

Qualifications

• Must be team-oriented, adaptable and reliable.
• 1+ years of related work experience; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to management in daily oversight of key functions and employees.

Culinary Supervisor

Location: MORGAN STATE UNIVERSITY - 75601016

Workdays/shifts : Varying shifts, days/hours (open availability preferred). More details will be provided during the interview process.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $25 per hour - $30 per hour

What You'll Do: As a Culinary Supervisor at SodexoMagic, you are a master multitasker and a quality-of-life improver. You will provides oversight at the direction of management on-site to coordinate routine work activities of service employees engaged in food operations, including but not limited to fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining and cafes.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business

• Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees.

• Facilitate orientation and training of employees

• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.

• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity

• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

• 1 or more years of related work experience. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
