Role Description The Culinary Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based at Circuit of The Americas in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area. This role oversees daily culinary operations in assigned kitchens or food service areas, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation for a variety of events, from race weekends to concerts and private functions. Responsibilities include supervising culinary staff, coordinating prep and production schedules, monitoring inventory and ordering supplies, and enforcing health and safety regulations. The Culinary Supervisor collaborates with chefs and management to execute menus, support special catering requests, and maintain efficient workflows during peak event periods. This role also supports training, coaching, and performance feedback for team members to promote consistent service and a positive work environment.
