Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals following Ocean Meadow Senior Living standards.
• Provide high level customer service and promote restaurant-style dining.
• Coordinate with Director of Culinary Services for menu planning and resident satisfaction.
• Ensure proper receiving, storage, and preparation of food; maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
• Oversee kitchen operations in the absence of the director and assist in menu development.
