Job summary

Unidine is hiring immediately for a full time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position at the Bethesda Southgate facility located at 5943 Telegraph Road, Saint Louis, MO 63129. The role runs 11:30 am to 8:00 pm with days that may vary. Prior supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure tasks meet policy and quality standards.
• Provide training and schedule development for team members.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and address performance gaps.
• Prepare production or sales reports and monitor safety and productivity.
• Serve as a point of contact for time-off requests and employee concerns.
• Mentor and develop staff and support advancement within the organization.
