Qualifications

• Culinary schooling is a plus or at least 2 years’ experience in a professional kitchen under the direction of a Chef.
• 2–5 years experience working in a Food Service Manager or Supervisor capacity.

• Provide guidance and operational oversight to all center dining programs while supporting the Culinary Services team.
• Manage costs, program development implementation, and regulatory/quality compliance.
• Implement dietary and nutritional policies and procedures in compliance with regulations.
• Oversee food preparation and production according to menu and number of residents served.
• Troubleshoot operational, staffing, and training issues and recommend changes.
• Maintain accurate filing and recordkeeping for audits and surveys.
• Participate in food safety and sanitation programs and audits.
• Review resident diet information and care plans with the interdisciplinary team when needed.
• Maintain regular meetings with management and project teams to review status and innovations.
• Coordinate Purchasing and Inventory Management and data entry.
