Summit Point in Macedonia, OH, part of Sonida Senior Living, seeks a Culinary Services Director to lead the dining program for Independent Living and Assisted Living residents. You will manage staff, uphold standards, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering quality meals.

The role requires 3–5 years as an Executive Chef/Kitchen Manager, an associate degree or higher in Culinary Arts or related field, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience as an Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager or Culinary Director in restaurants, hotels, SNF, or senior living.
• Associate degree or better in Culinary Arts, Food Science, or Hospitality Management or Certified Executive Chef (CEC, ACF).
• Serve Safe Certification or Certified Dining Manager (CDM).

Responsibilities

• Manage the culinary service department and supervise dining staff.
• Maintain food service standards, policies, equipment, and regulatory compliance while delivering high-quality food for Residents.
• Coordinate with nursing staff to meet residents’ needs; manage supplies, inventory, and budgetary guidelines; cook daily when needed.
