Job Functions:

• Work with the facility’s Dietitian/Director of Food Services as necessary and implement recommended changes.
• Ensure all food procedures follow established policies.
• Perform other duties as necessary or directed.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility information, reporting any unauthorized access.
• Develop positive relationships with staff and departments to ensure proper food service.
• Create a warm, positive, and calm environment in the department.
• Report any suspected fraud to the Administrator.
• Log off computer workstations per policy.
