Job summary

Waterstone on Augusta in Greenville, SC is seeking a Culinary Service Assistant to serve residents and guests in the dining room with professionalism and care. You will assist in drink and food preparation, maintain dining areas, and help keep supplies stocked while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

The role supports smooth meal service in a memory care and assisted living setting. Qualified candidates typically have 1–2 years in a similar role and a high school diploma or GED.

• Experience in a similar position preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves residents and guests seated in the dining room in a professional manner following established procedures.
• Assists in drink and food preparation for the residents and performs assigned tasks in clean up, washing the dishes and setting up and taking down the dining areas.
• Preparing and serving snacks to include replenishing stock items in the common area refreshment centers for the residents.
• Maintains procedures to meet safety and sanitation standards in order to assure compliance with governmental regulations.
• Adheres to the regular schedule of work activities and assignments to assure effective food service.
