Ayden Healthcare of Waterville is seeking an afternoon Culinary Services Aide to assist in the preparation and service of meals for patients, staff and visitors. You will follow the planned menu and dietary orders, and support the Culinary Director as needed.

Responsibilities include handling food safely, preparing items on schedule, washing dishes, and performing other duties as assigned. High school education required; food prep/service experience preferred, especially in skilled nursing

Qualifikationen

• High school education required.
• Experience in food prep/service preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing/long-term care preferred.
• Food handler permit preferred.
• Strong customer service skills required.

Aufgaben

• Use proper food handling and safety techniques and portion control.
• Complete tasks on time according to the menu and residents' diet orders.
• Wash dishes and assist with kitchen cleanup as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Culinary Director.
