Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Culinary Services Aide for an on-call role to assist the cook with meal prep and service, ensuring meals meet scheduled times and resident preferences.

Following established policies, you will promote food service standards, balance cost and quality, and preserve residents' dignity through thoughtful, personalized meal service.

Qualifications

• Must have a desire and commitment to work with geriatric residents and understand their special needs.
• Must qualify for employment, after criminal background study, per guidelines of the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
