The Crossings of Willmar Senior Living is seeking a caring Culinary Server to support residents with compassionate, dignified service in our on-site Willmar community.

You will help prepare, serve and deliver meals, set up dining areas, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. Schedule is open, flexible, with part-time or on-call options.

Hourly Wage: $17.50/hour - $22.50/hour, depending on experience

Position Duties & Responsibilities:

In this position,you willberesponsibleforassistingin the preparation, distribution and supply of food and dishes to residents, families, and staff while creating an environment that promotes resident/resident well-being.Duties include:

Set up room trays and tables in dining room, serve and bus trays, pour and cover beverages, andassistin preparing and covering food.

Transport carts toappropriate areasand deliver trays, when applicable.

Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately.

Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes.

Soak, scrub, scrapeand washsoiled dishes.

Preferred Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent ispreferred.

Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.

Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’sfamilies,and employees.
