Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Continued Care Retirement Community (CCRC) is a plus.
• Flexibility to work every other weekend as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Follow proper ware-washing and storage procedures.
• Assist with food delivery to residents.
• Maintain work/service area in a neat and sanitary manner.
• Operate a variety of kitchen utensils.
• Inspect work stations for compliance with service standards.
• Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment.
• Provide general stocking duties.
• Serve and replenish food and beverages.
• Restock at the end of meal period.
• Take and fulfill food orders from residents.
