HHS Aviation is hiring for a culinary supervisor role at Bon Secours Youngstown St Elizabeth Health Center. You will support the culinary director, lead the food and nutrition team, and ensure patient meals are accurate and delivered promptly.

Full-time positions with day/evening/night shifts; pay is $20 per hour. Background check and employment eligibility proof required. HHS is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.

Formación

• Must be at least 17 years old.
• Must practice good personal hygiene and be neatly groomed in a uniform.
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment.
• Preferred: 6+ months of supervisor experience ( cook, line cook, commercial kitchen, fast food, culinary operations, restaurants, supervisor, dietary department, foodservice, hourly manager, healthcare )

Responsabilidades

• Ensure each patient receives an accurate meal that matches their order and diet requirements
• Provide excellent customer service for all patients, staff, and visitors
• Adhere to the facility's health and safety policies and procedures
• Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently

Job Description

We're looking for friendly, compassionate, team players to join our culinary team!

Support the culinary director to lead the food and nutrition team at a hospital. Ensure patient meals are accurate and are delivered in a timely fashion. Provide excellent customer service to ensure every patient is satisfied with their meal.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged standing and walking continuously, frequent stooping, and bending and lifting up to 50 pounds
