Qualifications

• Must have or be able to obtain valid local/state Food Handler certifications.
• Possess or pursue California Responsible Beverage Service certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Day Sous Chef in managing day operations.
• Lead and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Ensure product delivery and quality to guests; coordinate timing and dish specs.
• Train team on products, systems, and company standards.
• Maintain inventory levels, prep systems, and order guides.
