Epic is hiring for a procurement role focused on the culinary department, which serves around 12,000 meals daily. You will manage procurement for equipment, small wares, and consumables, while ensuring vendor relationships align with quality, sustainability, and cost.

This position requires relocation to Madison, WI, for which financial assistance is provided. The ideal candidate has equipment procurement experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Qualifications

• Equipment procurement experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with Excel and Access.
• Willingness to relocate to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• COVID-19 Vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement for the culinary department, including equipment, small wares, and consumables.
• Develop and maintain relationships with a variety of vendors.
• Collaborate with chefs and cross-functional teams to ensure sourcing needs align with menus and operations.
• Prioritize local sourcing and evaluate suppliers for quality, cost, and sustainability.
