Guernsey Sonic is seeking a Cook to prepare, cook, and package food products on a flexible schedule with days, nights, weekends, and holidays. The role involves operating various stations (dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, prep) and adhering to quality and safety standards.

The position requires basic math/reading, clear verbal and written communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with regular cleaning and sanitation duties.

Responsibilities

• Cook, prepare, and package food products per standards.
• Operate dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, and prep stations.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Clean and sanitize duties: trash, mop, sweep, wash dishes, wipe counters.
• Maintain regular attendance.
• Report complaints to MOD.
• Move and stock food up to 50 pounds.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
