Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality food and baked goods per planned menu.
• Prepare daily transaction verification report.
• Ensure accurate and sanitary food storage.
• Serve food according to schedule and policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe operation of kitchen equipment.
• Add garnishments to improve appearance and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate major cleaning of refrigerators and equipment.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and uniform policy.
• Daily communication with Manager to plan menus for the day.
• Monitor and maintain proper food temperatures and storage.
• Keep work and storage areas clean and organized.
• Perform ware washing and general cleaning duties.
• Ability to lift, bend, push and stand for extended periods.
