Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a hands-on Culinary Operations Manager to partner with the Executive Chef and oversee culinary operations for a premier luxury venue in New York. You will lead a high-performing team, manage labor, purchasing, inventory, and food costs, while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar culinary leadership role; luxury hospitality required.
• Strong knowledge of union operations and Local 6 collective bargaining requirements is required.
• Proven experience managing labor, purchasing, inventory, and food costs.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly service-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
