Job summary

Park Vista in Wisconsin’s Legacy Waupaca community is seeking a Full-Time Culinary Coordinator to support the Director of Culinary Services by training staff, supervising shifts, and ensuring safe, appetizing meals for residents and families.

The role offers base wage of $20–$22 per hour, plus $1.50 weekend differential, with comprehensive benefits including PTO, medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and a 401k after one year of employment.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service and sanitation practices is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Culinary Services with staff training and coaching to ensure proper sanitation in the food service area.
• Coordinate and supervise shift operations, including temperature checks and cleanliness logs.
• Assist with ratings, menus, inventory, and recipe adjustments as needed.
• Plan and execute food/snack/beverage for events and special occasions.
• Fill in for the Director of Culinary Services when unavailable.
• Maintain proper storage, handling, and labeling following state/local regulations.
