Koru Health in Wisconsin is seeking a Culinary Manager to lead on-site food services for residents. This hands-on role reports to the Executive Director and oversees all culinary operations, menu planning, food quality, safety, and service delivery.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in food service management, 4+ years in food service with supervisory experience, ServSafe certification, and strong budgeting, HR and staff leadership skills to maintain high standards and resident satisfaction.

The Culinary Manager is responsible for providing outstanding customer satisfaction through directing the on-site food services program. Under the direction of the Executive Director, this is a hands-on management position that will directly oversee all aspects of culinary services provided to our residents.
This position has direct supervisory responsibilities over the wait staff and kitchen staff.
