KORU HEALTH LLC is seeking a Culinary Manager to lead on-site food services for our residents. You will direct menu planning, control food costs, and ensure dietary accommodations are met while hands-on managing culinary and wait staff.
Under the Executive Director, you’ll monitor budgets, enforce health and safety regulations, resolve quality/service issues, and coordinate deliveries and catering for events. A strong background in food service management is essential.
The Culinary Manager is responsible for providing outstanding customer satisfaction through directing the on-site food services program. Under the direction of the Executive Director, this is a hands-on management position that will directly oversee all aspects of culinary services provided to our residents.
