Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage cost controls and expenditures of bakery and pastry production equipment, food, and curated goods.
• Create pricing schedules for bakery needs with correlating outlets.
• Source high quality ingredients with a focus on local, sustainable, and organic items.
• Plan and create all menus with emphasis on seasonal items and creative choices.
• Purchase and manage inventory.
