Job summary

Collage Rehabilitation Partners is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Manager to lead culinary operations at our Johns Creek, GA facility. You will oversee a small kitchen team, design weekly menus, ensure top-tier food safety, and deliver high-quality dining experiences to our clients.

Responsibilities include menu planning, staff supervision, purchasing and inventory control, budgeting, dining room oversight, and strict adherence to safety and CDC guidelines. Experience with IDDSI is required.

Qualifications

• IDDSI framework and diet textures knowledge.
• Proven track record in supervising culinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Menu & operational planning: weekly menus, daily prep, service, cleaning, purchasing, reporting.
• Lead a kitchen team of 4-5 dietary personnel and cover shifts as needed.
• Manage food and facility inventory, sources, and cost control to minimize waste.
