**Responsibilities**

• Answer phones and direct calls appropriately.
• Greet and seat guests, maintaining a balanced rotation among servers.
• Communicate clearly face-to-face and over the phone.

• Assess wait times and manage guest flow effectively.
• Perform opening and closing duties such as cleaning, stocking, and setting up the host stand.
